How to be emotionally healthy through connection

I interviewed Rnold and Michelle of The Connection app last May (2019) during Mental Health Awareness Month as a way to shine the spotlight on social isolation, loneliness, and depression. I've struggled with disconnection and isolation over the last 5 years, and I see so many people around me in the same boat. I never imagined as a nation we'd be forcibly isolated, and all of us would be feeling so many of these things less than a year later. Thank you COVID-19. I want to share this now because I know all too well that depression and isolation pose a severe threat to our mental health and can lead to suicide.
